What We Need
Get in touch with our support team and send through:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item you received
- A photo of the shipping label on the box
That's all we need to get things moving.
What Happens Next
Once we've confirmed the mix-up, we'll send out the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one — at no cost to you.
We aim to have wrong item cases resolved within 1–2 business days of receiving your photos.
