SnapWireless Returns Policy
We want you to love your SnapWireless product, but if it’s not the right fit, we make returns simple.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind.
As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns Criteria:
Condition:
Items can be returned whether they are unopened, opened, or lightly used, as long as they are in good, resalable condition.

Brand new and unopened → eligible for immediate return.

Opened but lightly used → acceptable as long as all packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included and the item is not excessively worn or damaged.

Excessive wear, damage, or missing items → return may still be accepted but may incur a 30% restocking fee, at our discretion, to account for repackaging, missing components, or reduced resalability.

If the product is heavily damaged, modified, or missing essential components, the return may be declined.
Time Frame:
You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Where You Purchased:
This guarantee applies to products bought directly from our official SnapWireless online store or SnapWireless retail locations. If you purchased your unit from one of our resellers, please get in contact with them
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt, order confirmation number, or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.
Special Conditions:
To keep this program fair for all our customers:
Single Item Return:
Only one product/item per customer per year can be returned under the Snaps 100% Happiness Guarantee. Meaning you can not return the same product more than one time.
Bulk Orders:
Orders of more than 20 items individually or more are not eligible for the Snaps 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Clearance Items or promotional items:
Items purchased on clearance price, or as refurbished items are not eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Discretionary Returns:

Returns for opened/used items may be accepted even if not unused, as long as the item is not excessively worn or damaged.

A 30% restocking fee may apply if:

the item is noticeably used or worn

packaging or accessories are missing

the product cannot be resold as new

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. If an item arrives in unacceptable condition, we will contact you regarding ineligible refund, exchange, or store credit options.
Shipping Costs:
Domestic Returns:
The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we can offer a prepaid return shipping labels if requested for customers in Australia at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively our customer care team can provide you our returns address for you to process.
International Returns:
For returns from outside Australia, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. SnapWireless will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
Replacement Process:
Processing Time:
We aim to process your replacement within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
No Restocking Fees:
There are no restocking fees for items returned under the Snaps 100% Happiness Guarantee that meet all the above criteria. Returns that do not meet the criteria may still be eligible but will be at our sole discretion and may incur additional restocking fee of 30%.
Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
