Shipping Protection (Australia Only)
Accidents happen. Shipping Protection gives you cover if your order is lost or damaged on its way to you.
What's Covered
- Lost in transit — if Australia Post loses your package, we'll investigate and replace it at no cost
- Damaged in transit — if your item arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement and arrange return of the damaged unit
How to Make a Claim
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
- Any communication from Australia Post regarding the loss
We'll take it from there.
How It Works
- Cover begins the moment your order is shipped and ends on successful delivery
- If your item is lost, we'll confirm this with Australia Post before sending a replacement
- Replacements ship using the same method you originally chose
- If your item is damaged, we'll provide a return label to send it back before dispatching your replacement
A Few Things to Note
- Shipping Protection must be added at checkout — it can't be added after your order is placed
- The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable, including if you return your product
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
