SHIPPING INFORMATION We are an Australian company based in Adelaide. All Australian orders are shipped from our Sydney, NSW warehouse via Australia Post. SHIPPING COSTS - FREE AusPost Standard Shipping (4-6 Business Days) for orders over $175AUD - AusPost Standard Shipping (4-6 Business Days) - $4.99 (Orders under $175AUD) - FREE AusPost Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for orders over $600AUD - AusPost Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) - $7.99 (Orders under $600AUD) SHIPPING TIMES All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and will have the option of either Standard Shipping (4-6 business days), or Express Shipping (1-2 business days). We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day providing they are placed before 8 am AEST. Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your item(s) and package it, so please allow 12 hours and up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. During busier periods, such as major sales or new product launches, fulfilment times may be extended slightly as we work through a higher volume of orders. All orders are sent when all the item(s) on the order are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order or backorder item in your order, we will wait until that latest item is available and then send your order out. Please note, we do not dispatch orders on local public holidays or weekends. Finally, once we pass your item(s) to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating when they occur, however once your order is with the courier, any issues are beyond our control and need to be investigated by our courier. If your item is lost or arrives damaged while in transit with Australia Post, we've got you covered. - If your item is lost by Australia Post, we will initiate an investigation with them to confirm the loss. - Upon confirmation of loss, we will promptly replace your item with the same product and arrange for it to be shipped via the same method you initially selected. - In the case of damage, we will replace the damaged item with a new one and arrange for a return label to have the existing unit sent back to us.
