How Long Until It Arrives?
There are two stages to your delivery window: fulfilment and shipping.
Fulfilment (warehouse processing): We dispatch most orders on the same business day if placed before 10am AEST. After
that, allow 1–2 business days for fulfilment — a little longer during big sales, new launches, or after public holidays.
Shipping (in transit): International orders travel via Battery Safe air freight before being handed to your local
courier. Once dispatched, please allow 10–15 business days for delivery.
Your delivery window = fulfilment time + shipping time.
A Note on Tracking
International tracking is only activated once your order is loaded onto a flight to your destination country. It can
take up to 7–10 business days after dispatch for your tracking to go live — this is normal and does not mean your order
is lost or delayed.
If your tracking link doesn't show any movement in the first week or two after dispatch, please be patient. Once it's
airborne and cleared customs, updates will start coming through.
New Zealand customers: The tracking number provided may not always update correctly on our tracking portal. We recommend
entering your tracking number directly on the NZ Post website for the most accurate and up-to-date status of your
delivery.
Public Holidays & Weekends
We don't fulfil or dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the
next business day.
A Few Things to Know
Double-check your address. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, we can't change delivery details. If you spot an
error, contact us immediately.
All items ship together. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we'll hold everything until it's ready
to go in full.
Once it's with the courier, it's in their hands. We can contact them on your behalf if something goes wrong — just reach
out and we'll chase it down.
