Shipping to Australia All Australian orders ship from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post. Shipping Protection (Australia Only) Accidents happen. Shipping Protection gives you cover if your order is lost or damaged on its way to you. What's Covered - Lost in transit — if Australia Post loses your package, we'll investigate and replace it at no cost - Damaged in transit — if your item arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement and arrange return of the damaged unit How to Make a Claim Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with: - Your order number - Photos of the damaged item (if applicable) - Any communication from Australia Post regarding the loss We'll take it from there. How It Works - Cover begins the moment your order is shipped and ends on successful delivery - If your item is lost, we'll confirm this with Australia Post before sending a replacement - Replacements ship using the same method you originally chose - If your item is damaged, we'll provide a return label to send it back before dispatching your replacement A Few Things to Note - Shipping Protection must be added at checkout — it can't be added after your order is placed - The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable, including if you return your product - Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery Questions? Duties & VAT

Duties & VAT Depending on where you live, your local government may add import taxes or duties to your order — things like VAT or customs fees. These charges are outside our control and are your responsibility to pay. What This Means for You - We ship from Australia, the US, and China depending on your region - Some countries charge import duties or VAT on goods arriving from overseas - If applicable, you'll be contacted by your local customs authority or courier to pay before delivery Unclaimed Packages If duties go unpaid and your package is held in customs, it may eventually be returned to us. In that case, we're unable to refund the original shipping cost. Timeframes for how long customs holds a package vary by country — unfortunately we have no way to contact customs offices directly on your behalf. Questions? CCC/ 3C Certification in China

Are SnapWireless PowerPacks CCC certified? Not yet. CCC (China Compulsory Certification) is mandatory for products entering mainland China, and our PowerPacks are still going through that process. If you're travelling to China, there's a risk your PowerPack could be confiscated at the border. We'd recommend leaving it at home until we have certification in place. Outside of China, your PowerPack meets all required safety standards and is fine to use. We'll update this once CCC certification is confirmed.
