Depending on where you live, your local government may add import taxes or duties to your order — things like VAT or customs fees. These charges are outside our control and are your responsibility to pay.

What This Means for You

• We ship from Australia, the US, and China depending on your region
• Some countries charge import duties or VAT on goods arriving from overseas
• If applicable, you'll be contacted by your local customs authority or courier to pay before delivery

Unclaimed Packages

If duties go unpaid and your package is held in customs, it may eventually be returned to us. In that case, we're unable to refund the original shipping cost. Timeframes for how long customs holds a package vary by country — unfortunately we have no way to contact customs offices directly on your behalf.
