Standard Shipping (USPS) FREE for orders over $110 USD — otherwise $2.99 Estimated transit: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping $9.99 Estimated transit: 2–4 business days

How Long Until It Arrives?

There are two stages to your delivery window: fulfilment and shipping.

Fulfilment (warehouse processing): This is the time it takes to pick, pack, and dispatch your order. We dispatch most orders on the same business day if placed before 10am California time (PT). After that, allow 1–2 business days for fulfilment — a little longer during big sales, new launches, or after public holidays.

Shipping (in transit with the courier): Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit times depend on your chosen method and location. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships.

Your delivery window = fulfilment time + shipping time.

Public Holidays & Weekends

We don't fulfil or dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next business day.

A Few Things to Know

Double-check your address. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, we can't change delivery details. If you spot an error, contact us immediately.

All items ship together. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we'll hold the full order until everything is ready.

Once it's with the courier, it's in their hands. We can contact them on your behalf if something goes wrong — just reach out and we'll chase it down.
