Delivery time is two things: the time it takes us to pack and dispatch (1–2 business days), plus the time it takes to
reach you.
Australia
- Standard: 4–6 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
United States
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days
Canada
- Standard: 4–10 business days
New Zealand, UK, Europe & Worldwide
- Express International: 10–15 business days
We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays. During big sales or launches, fulfilment may take a little longer.
Still Nothing?
If you're outside your delivery window and tracking isn't updating, we'll step in. Contact us with your order number,
email address, and tracking number if you have it — and we'll chase it down with the courier.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- If tracking says delivered but nothing's there — check with neighbours and any safe drop spots first.
- Wrong address at checkout? The package may be on its way back to us. Get in touch and we'll arrange reshipment.
