How Do I Get a Refund?

The 60-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 60 days from your order date to return your purchase for a full refund — no hoops, no hassle. Change of mind, compatibility issue, or just not what you expected. It's covered.


Are You Eligible?

  • Purchased directly from the SnapWireless online store
  • Within 60 days of your order date
  • Item isn't excessively damaged or tampered with
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start

Reach out via the chat on this page or our contact form. Just include your order number and the reason for your return — we'll take it from there.


Return Shipping

Australia — We can send you a prepaid return label for AU$9.50, deducted from your refund. Or we'll give you our return address and you can organise your own.

International — Return shipping is on you, but we'll cover the cost of sending out any replacement.


Getting Your Money Back

Once we receive your return, allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds go back to your original payment method and cover the product cost — original shipping isn't included.


Small Print

  • Bulk orders of 20+ units aren't eligible
  • Clearance or refurbished items aren't eligible
  • Items showing signs of misuse may incur a 30% restocking fee
