How Do I Get a Refund?

Simple. If it's not right for you, we'll take it back.

The 60-Day Happiness Guarantee#

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to return your purchase. Change of mind, compatibility issue, or just not what you expected. It's covered.

Are You Eligible?#

• Purchased directly from the SnapWireless online store or a SnapWireless pop-up store (currently at Melbourne Airport and Adelaide Airport)
• Within 60 days of delivery
• The item comes back in resalable condition, the same way it arrived with you: original packaging that can go back on the shelf, all parts included, and no damage
• You have your order number or proof of purchase

Bought from a reseller? Contact them for change-of-mind refunds. If your product is faulty, we'll look after it directly. See our Product Warranty.

How to Start#

Reach out via the chat on this page or our contact form. Just include your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll take it from there.

Return Shipping#

Australia: we can send you a prepaid return label for AU$9.50, deducted from your refund. Or we'll give you our return address and you can organise your own. Our return address is a PO Box, so please send it with Australia Post.

International: return shipping is on you, but we'll cover the cost of sending out any replacement.

Getting Your Money Back#

We aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. During busier periods it can take a little longer. Refunds go back to your original payment method and cover the product cost. Original shipping isn't included.

Small Print#

• One return per customer per year under the Happiness Guarantee
• Bulk orders of 20+ units aren't eligible
• Clearance or refurbished items aren't eligible
• If your return arrives with missing or damaged packaging, missing parts or signs of wear, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply at our discretion, based on its condition
• If your order included a free gift with purchase and it isn't returned, we'll deduct its full retail price from your refund
