Description & How To Use
Meet the PowerPack Slim 3, the ultra slim power bank that packs more into less. At just 6.5mm thin it disappears into a pocket or a bag, and with a USB-C cable built right in there is nothing extra to remember on the way out the door.
6.5mm Ultra Slim
The PowerPack Slim 3 is 6.5mm thin and weighs 102.3g, so it snaps onto the back of your phone without turning it into a brick.
Built-In USB-C Cable
The USB-C cable is part of the power bank. Use it to charge your phone at up to 13.5W, and use the same cable to recharge the PowerPack Slim 3 itself from any USB-C wall plug. No spare cable to pack or lose.
15W Qi2 Wireless Charging
Snap it on and it charges at up to 15W over Qi2, twice the wireless speed of the PowerPack Slim 2.
Charges Your Watch And Buds Too
As well as your phone, the PowerPack Slim 3 wirelessly charges compatible Apple Watch models and AirPods with a wireless charging case.
Aluminium And Tempered Glass
Premium materials that keep the profile slim while holding up to daily use.
LED Display
An on board display shows how much charge you have left, so you are never guessing.
4 Colourways
Titan Black, Sky Blue, Arctic Silver and Blush Rose.
How To Use
- Charge the PowerPack Slim 3 fully before first use. Plug the built-in USB-C cable into any USB-C wall charger.
- To charge wirelessly, hold the PowerPack Slim 3 against the back of your phone and let the magnets pull it into place. Charging starts on its own.
- To charge by cable, unclip the built-in USB-C cable and plug it into your phone.
- To charge an Apple Watch or AirPods, place them on the wireless charging pad. AirPods need a wireless charging case.
- Check the LED display at any time to see the remaining battery level.

Compatibility
The PowerPack Slim 3 works with any smartphone that charges over USB-C, and with any phone that supports wireless charging.
-
iPhone 12 and newer snap on natively for magnetic wireless charging.
-
Older iPhones and Android phones need a magnetic, MagSafe compatible case such as a SnapMag case for the magnets to hold and for wireless charging to work.
-
Apple Watch and AirPods charge wirelessly, with AirPods requiring a wireless charging case.

What's Included
What's included in the box?
- PowerPack Slim 3
There is no separate charging cable in the box, because the USB-C cable is built into the power bank. Use it to charge your phone and to recharge the PowerPack Slim 3 itself.
FAQ's
How slim is the PowerPack Slim 3?
The PowerPack Slim 3 is 6.5mm thin and weighs 102.3g. It is slim enough that you will barely notice it on the back of your phone.
Will the PowerPack Slim 3 fully charge my phone?
It will charge your phone roughly 50%, depending on your phone model and how you are using it. It is designed as a backup battery for day to day use rather than a full second charge.
How do I recharge the power bank itself?
Plug the built-in USB-C cable into any compatible USB-C wall plug. The same cable does both jobs.
Should I get the PowerPack Slim 3 or the PowerPack Slim 2 Pro?
The PowerPack Slim 3 is the one to pick if slimness and convenience matter most. At 6.5mm with a built-in USB-C cable, 15W Qi2 wireless charging and the ability to top up an Apple Watch and AirPods, it is the easiest one to carry and the most versatile.
The PowerPack Slim 2 Pro is the one to pick if you want more battery. It holds 5,000mAh, which is around a full phone charge rather than half, and it has a built-in swivel kickstand, though it is thicker at 8.5mm and heavier at 130g.
Do I need a MagSafe case?
If you have an iPhone 12 or newer, no. Your phone already has the magnets built in.
If your phone supports Qi wireless charging but is not MagSafe compatible, you will need a magnetic, MagSafe compatible case such as a SnapMag case for magnetic wireless charging.
Can it charge my Apple Watch and AirPods?
Yes. The PowerPack Slim 3 wirelessly charges compatible Apple Watch models and AirPods with a wireless charging case.
Can I take the PowerPack Slim 3 on a plane?
Yes. At 3,000mAh it is well within the limits airlines set for lithium batteries, so it is carry-on compliant. As with all power banks, it must travel in your carry-on baggage and not in checked luggage.
Can I charge two devices at the same time?
Yes, but the available power is shared between them, so each device will charge more slowly than it would on its own. If you are in a hurry, charge one device at a time.
Can I use it while it is charging?
Yes. You can charge your phone from the PowerPack Slim 3 while the PowerPack Slim 3 is plugged into the wall.

Troubleshooting
Why isn't my device charging wirelessly with the PowerPack Slim 3?
-
Device Compatibility: Make sure your device supports Qi wireless charging. Not all phones are Qi enabled.
-
Proper Alignment: The magnets should pull the PowerPack Slim 3 into the right spot on their own. If your phone is not MagSafe compatible, you will need to line it up by hand, and being off centre will stop it charging.
-
Case Interference: Remove any thick, metal or wallet style case. Cards and metal plates between the phone and the power bank will block wireless charging entirely.
-
Check the battery level. Wireless charging switches off first when the power bank is nearly flat. If the LED display is showing a very low level, recharge it and try again.
The magnets won't hold, or it slides off my phone
-
MagSafe compatibility: The PowerPack Slim 3 is MagSafe compatible. Your phone needs to be an iPhone 12 or newer, or be wearing a magnetic, MagSafe compatible case such as a SnapMag case.
-
Obstructions: Remove anything between the power bank and your phone. Cards, stickers, pop sockets and thick cases all weaken the connection.
-
Clean both surfaces. Dust and skin oil on the back of your case reduce the contact area.
Why does the PowerPack Slim 3 get warm during use?
-
Normal Operation: Some warmth is expected, especially when charging wirelessly. Wireless charging is less efficient than charging by cable, and the energy that is lost turns into heat. It is the trade off for the convenience.
-
Overheating: If it becomes uncomfortably hot, disconnect everything and let it cool before using it again.
It isn't charging my phone as fast as I expected
-
Wireless is slower than cable. For the quickest charge, use the built-in USB-C cable rather than snapping it on the back.
-
You may be charging more than one device. Power is shared across everything connected at once.
-
Check for a case in the way. A thick case increases the gap between the coils and slows wireless charging noticeably.
-
It gets slower when hot. If the power bank or your phone is warm, both will reduce charging speed to protect the battery. This is normal and it will speed back up once things cool down.
The built-in cable isn't working
-
Reseat it. Unclip the cable fully and plug it in firmly at both ends.
-
Check the plug and the port. Look for lint or debris in your phone's charging port and clear it gently with a dry toothpick.
-
Treat the cable gently. Because it is built in, the cable cannot be swapped out. Unclip it from its channel before you pull, avoid yanking it out of your phone at an angle, and don't wrap it tightly around the body. If the cable has failed within the warranty period, get in touch and we will sort out a replacement unit.
It won't charge itself, or the display stays blank
-
Give it 15 minutes. A fully drained battery will not respond straight away.
-
Try a different wall charger. Use a 5V or higher USB-C wall plug rather than a laptop port or a car socket.
-
Check the wall plug is working. Test it with another device.
-
Check the port. Look for debris in the power bank's USB-C port.
Why does it only charge my phone about halfway?
That is expected. The PowerPack Slim 3 holds 3,000mAh, which is roughly half of what most modern phones hold. Some capacity is also lost as heat during transfer, and more of it is lost when charging wirelessly than by cable. If you need a full charge on the go, the PowerPack Slim 2 Pro holds 5,000mAh.
My Apple Watch or AirPods won't charge
-
AirPods need a wireless charging case. Standard AirPods cases without wireless charging will not charge on the pad. Check for the small charging light on the front of the case.
-
Line them up on the pad. Without magnets to guide them, small devices need to sit centred on the charging area.
-
Take them out of any case or cover. Silicone covers on an AirPods case are usually fine, but thick or metal covers will block charging.
-
Give it a moment. Small devices draw very little power, so it can take a few seconds before any charging indicator appears.
It stops charging when it's in my pocket or bag
The magnetic connection can be knocked out of alignment by movement, especially if your phone is in a case that reduces the magnet strength. Check that it is still seated squarely on the back of the phone, and consider a MagSafe compatible case if the hold feels weak.
