Why isn’t my device charging wirelessly with the PowerPack Slim 2?
• Device Compatibility: Ensure your device supports Qi wireless charging. Not all devices are Qi-enabled.
• Proper Alignment: Place your device correctly on the charging pad. Misalignment can prevent charging.
• Case Interference: Remove any thick, metal, or wallet-style cases, as they can interfere with wireless charging.
Why does the PowerPack Slim 2 get warm during use?
• Normal Operation: It’s typical for the power bank to become slightly warm, especially when charging vie wireless as it is a more inefficient form of charging compared to cable, however does provide more convenience.
• Overheating: If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and allow it to cool before resuming use.
Magnetic Attachment Issues
• MagSafe Compatibility: The PowerPack Slim 2 is MagSafe compatible. Ensure your device supports MagSafe or use a MagSafe-compatible case for a secure attachment.
• Obstructions: Remove any objects or cases between the PowerPack and your device that might weaken the magnetic connection.

Returns Criteria
Condition
The product should not be excessively worn, damaged, or tampered with beyond normal use. Intentional damage or misuse may disqualify the return.
Time Frame
You have 60 days from the order date to initiate a return under our Love It or Return It guarantee.
Where You Purchased
This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from the official SnapWireless online store or SnapWireless retail locations.
If your item was purchased from a reseller, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase is required. Returns without verification may be declined.
Special Conditions
To keep this program fair for all customers:
Single Item Return
Each customer can return one product per year under the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
