Introducing the PowerPack Universal Slim, the latest addition to our travel-friendly power bank range, designed to keep you charged and connected wherever you are. It comes with interchangeable AU, EU, UK and US adaptors, the same adaptor set as the PowerPack Universal 2. Equipped with built-in USB-C and Lightning cables, it delivers up to 22.5W and 20W outputs, respectively, for swift charging of Android and Apple devices. An additional 20W USB-C output lets you charge a third device at high speed. With a powerful 10,000mAh battery, it can charge your smartphone up to two times on a single charge, while an LED screen keeps you informed of the remaining power.

Compatibility
The PowerPack Universal Slim is compatible with a range of devices that take USB-C or lightning as a charging method. Please note the maximum output is 22.5W and therefore it will not be enough power for laptops.

Have an older Universal Slim? First-generation Universal Slim units (with the locking adaptor mechanism) came with AU, EU and UK adaptors and use a different adaptor set to the current model.
FAQ's
Why don’t the US prongs fold down anymore? (Updated 2025)
For compliance requirements in certain countries, the US prongs are no longer built in and folding. Instead, the current model includes a separate US adaptor at no additional cost, alongside the AU, EU and UK adaptors.
How many devices can I charge at once?
The PowerPack Universal Slim can charge up to three devices simultaneously. However, with a maximum output of 22.5W, charging multiple devices at once will reduce the power each device receives.
Can the PowerPack Universal Slim charge my laptop?
No, the PowerPack Universal Slim cannot charge laptops. We do not currently have a power bank in our range that can charge laptops. The PowerPack Universal Pro, which could, has been discontinued and is not being restocked.
Can I use this in other countries?
The PowerPack Universal Slim is your ultimate travel essential. It comes with interchangeable AU, EU, UK and US adaptors, so you can charge your devices almost anywhere in the world.
Can I take the PowerPack Universal Slim on the plane?
Yes, the PowerPack Universal Slim is completely safe for carry-on bags and complies with all airline regulations regarding portable batteries.
