How do I recharge the PowerPack 3?**
Simply attach the PowerPack 3 to the PowerDock 2 and it will recharge automatically, while still charging your smartphone at the same time.
Can I carry the PowerPack 3 in my carry on?
Yes, the PowerPack 3 is carry on approved.
Can I customise the charging cable setup in the PowerPack 3?
Yes, the PowerPack 3 comes with one USB-C and one Lightning interchangeable cable straight out of the box. If you'd like to customise your setup further, additional cables are available to purchase separately.

Why isn’t my PowerPack 3 charging my phone wirelessly?
Please check:

You’re using a MagSafe-compatible phone or case

There are no metal plates, wallets, or pop sockets between the phone and power bank

Why is my phone charging slowly?

Whether you've changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns Criteria:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product's original packaging should be intact and unaltered.
Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless's online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.
