The PowerPack Universal 2 is compatible with a range of devices that take USB-C or lightning as a charging method. Please note the maximum output is 20W and therefore it will not be enough power for laptops.

Can I take the PowerPack Universal 2 on the plane?
Yes, the PowerPack Universal 2 is completely safe for carry-on bags and complies with all airline regulations regarding portable batteries.
Can I use this in other countries?
The PowerPack Universal 2 is your ultimate travel essential. It comes with interchangeable AU, EU, UK and US adaptors, ensuring you can charge your devices seamlessly almost anywhere in the world.
Which adaptor do I use in Asia?
There's no separate Asia adaptor. Countries across Asia use one of the AU, US, EU or UK plug types, so just check which plug type the country you're visiting uses and pop on the matching adaptor.
How many devices can I charge at the same time?
The PowerPack Universal 2 is capable of charging up to 4 devices at the same time.
Can I charge my laptop with the PowerPack Universal 2?
No, the PowerPack Universal 2 cannot charge laptops. We do not currently have a power bank in our range that can charge laptops. The PowerPack Universal Pro, which could, has been discontinued and is not being restocked.
How many charges can I get from the PowerPack Universal 2?
The PowerPack Universal 2 features an impressive 10,000mAh battery, enabling you to fully charge your smartphone up to two times on a single charge.
Is this CCC Certified?
All our battery packs meet international safety standards, but they don't currently have CCC certification. If you're heading to mainland China, we recommend leaving your power bank at home while we work on getting this certification. Read more about CCC certification.

Troubleshooting
Why isn’t my device charging wirelessly with the PowerPack Universal 2?
• Device Compatibility: Ensure your device supports Qi wireless charging. Not all devices are Qi-enabled.
• Proper Alignment: Place your device correctly on the charging pad. Misalignment can prevent charging.
• Case Interference: Remove any thick, metal, or wallet-style cases, as they can interfere with wireless charging.
Why does the PowerPack Universal 2 get warm during use?
• Normal Operation: It’s typical for the power bank to become slightly warm, especially when charging vie wireless as it is a more inefficient form of charging compared to cable, however does provide more convenience.
• Overheating: If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and allow it to cool before resuming use.
Magnetic Attachment Issues
• MagSafe Compatibility: The PowerPack Universal 2 is MagSafe compatible. Ensure your device supports MagSafe or use a MagSafe-compatible case for a secure attachment.
• Obstructions: Remove any objects or cases between the PowerPack and your device that might weaken the magnetic connection.
The PowerPack Universal is charging devices slowly
The unit provides a total of 20W of charging power. When multiple devices are connected, this power is divided among them. For example, if you are charging two devices simultaneously, each device will receive up to 10W of power.
