PowerPack Mini 2 - 5,000mAh Power Bank with Retractable Cable 🆕

PowerPack Mini 2

Description & How To Use

Every other power bank asks you to pack a cable. This one has it built in.

The PowerPack Mini 2 is a compact 5,000mAh power bank with an 80cm retractable USB-C cable that charges your phone, earbuds or USB-C camera at up to 22.5W. It clips onto your bag, snaps onto the back of your phone and fits in your palm.

Pull. Plug. Power.
The built-in 80cm retractable cable delivers up to 22.5W fast charging. There's no cable to carry and none to forget.

Clips On, Goes Anywhere
The D-ring carabiner clips onto your bag. The magnetic back attaches to MagSafe-compatible iPhones and phones with a magnetic case, so you can hold the phone and the power bank in one hand while it charges.

Charge Your Watch, Too
If you choose the watch charger version, you get a built-in 2.5W wireless charger for either Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch. That means one less cable in your bag.

Simple Recharging
The retractable cable also works as the input. Plug it into any USB-C charging point to recharge the PowerPack Mini 2. The LED display shows exactly how much charge is left.

Colours
Crisp White, Midnight Black, Sky Blue and Lavender Purple.

How To Use

  1. Check the LED display to see how much charge is left. Charge it up before your first trip.
  2. To charge your phone, pull out the retractable USB-C cable and plug it into your device. Charging starts on its own.
  3. For one-handed charging, rest a MagSafe-compatible iPhone or a phone with a magnetic case on the magnetic back while the cable is plugged in.
  4. To charge your watch (watch charger models only), place the back of your Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch on the charging puck.
  5. To recharge the PowerPack Mini 2, plug the retractable cable into any USB-C wall charger or charging point. You can also use the USB-C port.
  6. When you're done, let the cable retract back into the unit and clip it onto your bag with the D-ring carabiner.

Pull. Plug. Power.

FAQ's

Does it wirelessly charge my phone?

No. The magnets hold the PowerPack Mini 2 to the back of your phone so you can carry it and charge one-handed. The charging itself happens through the retractable cable, which is faster and more stable than wireless.

Do I need to bring a cable?

No. The 80cm USB-C cable is built in and retracts back into the unit, and the same cable recharges the power bank.

How long does it take to charge my iPhone?

The PowerPack Mini 2 fully charges an iPhone 16 Pro in around 109 minutes and an iPhone Air in around 113 minutes.

How do I recharge the PowerPack Mini 2 itself?

Plug the retractable USB-C cable into any USB-C charging point. You can also use the USB-C port.

Will it charge my Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch?

Only if you have a watch charger model, and only the brand you chose. The Apple Watch model charges Apple Watch and the Samsung Watch model charges Samsung Galaxy Watch. The No Watch Charger model doesn't have a watch charger.

Will the magnets work with my phone?

The magnets work with MagSafe-compatible iPhones. For Android phones, or iPhones without MagSafe, use a magnetic case. Without magnets you can still charge through the cable as normal.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes. At 5,000mAh it's well under typical airline limits and is designed for carry-on travel. Like all power banks, keep it in your carry-on and not in checked luggage.

Can it charge my camera?

Yes. Cameras that charge over USB-C, including DJI Pocket, Osmo and compatible Fujifilm models, can charge through the retractable cable or the USB-C port.

What's the carabiner for?

The D-ring carabiner clips the PowerPack Mini 2 onto your bag, belt loop or keys so it's always on hand.

User Manual

The PowerPack Mini 2 user manual and setup guide will be available via the video above once published. Until then, the How To Use steps at the top of this page cover charging your devices, charging your watch and recharging the power bank.

Troubleshooting

My phone isn't charging

  • Check the battery level. Look at the LED display. If it's low, recharge the PowerPack Mini 2 first.

  • Push the plug in fully. Make sure the USB-C connector is seated properly in your phone. Cases with a thick lip around the port can stop it going all the way in.

  • Check the port. Lint in your phone's USB-C port is a common cause. Clear it gently with a dry toothpick.

  • Try the USB-C port. Plug a separate USB-C cable into the port on the PowerPack Mini 2. If that works but the retractable cable doesn't, contact us so we can take a look.

My watch isn't charging

  • Check your model. Watch charging only works on the Apple Watch or Samsung Watch models, and only with the matching brand. Samsung Ultra models may also have issues charging via the standard Samsung Watch charger.

  • Line it up. Put the back of the watch flat and centred on the charging puck.

  • Remove any case or cover. Watch bumpers and screen covers that wrap around the back can block wireless charging.

  • Check the battery level. If the LED display shows it's low, recharge the PowerPack Mini 2 first.

The PowerPack Mini 2 won't recharge

  • Try a different wall charger. Use a USB-C wall charger rather than a laptop port.

  • Try the other input. If the retractable cable isn't recharging it, plug a separate USB-C cable into the USB-C port instead.

  • Give it a few minutes. A fully drained power bank may take a moment before the display lights up.

The cable won't retract or feels stuck

  • Pull it out fully, then guide it back in. Don't force it or yank it sideways.

  • Keep it straight. Let the cable feed back in a straight line so it doesn't catch on the edge of the housing.

  • Still stuck? Stop using it and contact us with your order number and a short video of the issue.

It won't stay on my phone

The magnets only hold to MagSafe-compatible iPhones or phones in a magnetic case. Thick or non-magnetic cases will stop it holding properly.
