Unlike regular trackers, FindeeFrendz doesn't look like tech. It looks like a charm kids actually want on their bag — with 16 fun designs to choose from.
It's made for real family life: no button batteries (safer for kids), IP65 weatherproof, wireless rechargeable, and built to last up to 8 months on a single charge. When it's nearby, just play a sound from your phone to find it.

Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes. FindeeFrendz works with Apple Find My (iPhone/iPad) and Google Find Hub (Android). Just use the tracking app already on your phone — no separate app to download.
Can I use Apple Find My and Google Find Hub at the same time?
No. FindeeFrendz can only be active on one network at a time. Activating one automatically disables the other. You can switch between them anytime.
How long does the battery last?
Up to ~8 months on a full charge, depending on usage and settings.
How do I recharge my FindeeFrendz?
Just place it on any wireless charging pad — no cables needed. A full charge takes ~1.5 hours.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. It uses a sealed rechargeable battery (no button batteries) and includes overcharge, overcurrent, short-circuit, and temperature protection.
What can I attach it to?
Backpacks, lunchboxes, pencil cases, luggage, keys, and sports bags — anything with a clip point.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. The 80mAh battery is airline-safe and perfect for travel tracking.

Troubleshooting
The location hasn't updated in a while — is it working?
FindeeFrendz doesn't use GPS. It updates its location whenever it comes within range of any Apple or Android device in the Find My or Find Hub network. In low-traffic areas updates may be less frequent. The last known location is still displayed so you always have a reference point.
The location shown looks wrong. Why?
Location is determined by nearby network devices, not GPS, so accuracy can vary. It reflects where FindeeFrendz was last detected by a network device, not necessarily its exact current position. In busy areas like shopping centres or city streets, accuracy is much higher.
My FindeeFrendz isn't showing up in the Find My / Find Hub app — what do I do?
Make sure your FindeeFrendz is charged and within Bluetooth range of your phone during setup. For Apple, open the Find My app, tap "Items" then the "+" icon. For Android, open Find Hub and tap "Add device." If it still doesn't appear, try toggling your phone's Bluetooth off and on, then retry.
Can I unpair FindeeFrendz and give it to someone else or reset it?
Yes. For Apple, go to the Find My app, select the item and choose "Remove Item." For Android, remove it from Find Hub. Once removed from your account, it can be set up fresh on a new account.

All SnapWireless products come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid when you buy through our online store or from an authorised reseller.

Minor Faults: For minor product issues, we offer prompt repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Major Faults: Should a major fault occur, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. We prioritise your satisfaction in resolving significant concerns.
Claim Requirements:
To initiate a warranty claim, present proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt). Our team will facilitate a smooth claim process for you.
Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use.
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, or accidents outside the warranty scope.
- Use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
- Damage from improper/unauthorised repair or maintenance.
- Subjective assessments of the product, such as speed or strength.

At SnapWireless we design and create our range of charging products to be simple to use and multi-functional. However we understand that purchasing online can always come with some difficulties, so we offer a straightforward 60-day returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Whether you've changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns Criteria:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product's original packaging should be intact and unaltered.
Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless's online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.
Discretionary Returns:
- For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. If an item appears used or cannot be restocked, we will contact you regarding your ineligible refund, exchange, or store credit request.
Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
