The Trvlr Tag Pro is built for extra durability and security. It offers longer battery life, wireless recharging (no cables needed), and a tough plastic shell. The original Trvlr Tag, on the other hand, features a premium vegan leather finish for a more classic style. The Pro also includes a custom key lock and reinforced steel loop, making it far more secure and difficult for thieves to remove from your luggage.
Is the Trvlr Tag Pro compatible with Android?
No, however we are currently working on a model that will be compatible with Android devices. Stay tuned.
How often do I need to charge my Trvlr Tag Pro?
The Trvlr Tag doesn’t rely on single-use batteries like most trackers. It features a built-in rechargeable battery that you can charge wirelessly. On a full charge, it can last for up to 8 months before needing another recharge.
Is the Trvlr Tag Pro airline safe?
Yes, the Trvlr Tag is approved by airlines. You will have no issues checking in your luggage at the airport.
Is the Trvlr Tag pro Apple certified?
Yes, the Trvlr Tag is certified by Apple and utilises Apple's Find My technology to assist in locating and tracking your luggage.

Returns Criteria
Condition
The product should not be excessively worn, damaged, or tampered with beyond normal use. Intentional damage or misuse may disqualify the return.
Time Frame
You have 60 days from the order date to initiate a return under our Love It or Return It guarantee.
Where You Purchased
This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from the official SnapWireless online store or SnapWireless retail locations.
If your item was purchased from a reseller, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase is required. Returns without verification may be declined.
Special Conditions
To keep this program fair for all customers:
Single Item Return
Each customer can return one product per year under the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
This means the same product cannot be returned more than once per customer.
Bulk Orders
Orders of 20 items or more (individual units) are not eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Clearance, Refurbished or Promotional Items
Items purchased on clearance pricing or marked as refurbished are not eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Shipping Costs
Domestic (Australia) Returns

Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return label for AU$9.50, deducted from your refund.

International Returns
Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping costs.
SnapWireless will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Replacement Process
Processing Time
We aim to process returns or replacements within 7 business days of receiving the item.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returns that meet all criteria under the Snaps 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Items that do not meet the criteria may still be reviewed at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions. Items showing physical damage due to misuse, neglect or modification may be deemed ineligible. If this occurs, our team will contact you with further information.
