Troubleshooting
Tag not connecting to Apple Find My or Google Find Hub?
If your Trvlr Tag Pro won't connect, reset it using the following steps:
- Press the button once to turn it on.
- Wait until you hear a sound.
- Press the button 4 times in quick succession, then press and hold until you hear a sound — this resets the tag.
- Press the button once more. The tag should now be ready to connect via Find My or Find Hub.
