Troubleshooting
My SnapWallet is getting warm — is this normal?
Slight warmth is normal during charging, but it should not become hot. If it does, discontinue use and contact support.
My SnapWallet isn’t showing up in the Find My app.
If your SnapWallet isn’t showing up in the Find My app, try factory resetting the device first, then follow the setup steps in the manual to pair it again — and make sure the SnapWallet is fully charged and not still linked to another Apple ID. Check out the video below

Charging is very slow or cuts out.
If charging feels slow or cuts out, keep in mind the SnapWallet delivers 7.5W wireless charging — make sure your device is properly aligned on the MagSafe pad, avoid charging another device while the SnapWallet itself is plugged in, and try using a USB-C cable for faster, more consistent charging.
