Compatibility
The SnapMount is compatible with any Qi wireless device. This includes any iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later and other Qi wireless charging-enabled devices.

FAQ's
Can I use the SnapMount with any phone case?
Yes, you can use almost any phone case with the SnapMount as long as it is not super thick or heavy. We include a magnetic ring which you can stick to the outside of your phone case so it can still magnetise to the SnapMount.
Does it support the new iPhone 12 and MagSafe?
Yes, the new SnapMount 3 is compatible with MagSafe and can hold your phone magnetically even without a phone case. The SnapMount does not support MagSafe 15W charging, it will support Qi wireless 15W. Apple iPhone 12 and 13 will still be limited to 7.5W charging.
Do I need a SnapMag Case?
The SnapMag Case has been designed to work hand in hand with the SnapMount and has a built-in SnapMag Ring. We suggest to use the SnapMag case for a seamless precise magnetic alignment although not required if you use the included SnapMag Ring or a MagSafe phone case.
Does it work for Samsung or Android phones?
Yes, the SnapMount is compatible with all Qi wireless enabled smartphones including Apple, Samsung and Google just to name a few. Please check our full compatibility list.
Is the magnetic hold or mounting stronger?
SnapMount 3 has an upgraded magnetic alignment system for a stronger hold, additionally it has a new upgraded mounting system with a dual lock design to give the strongest hold yet.
Will the magnets inside damage my phone?
SnapMount 3 has been designed with safety in mind. The magnets inside are the perfect strength that does not interfere with wireless charging but still provides a strong, secure hold. You should not be worried as the magnets in the SnapMount will not have any negative or damaging effects on your smartphone. Only industrial strength magnets can damage smartphones that we use today.
I don’t want to block my vents, is there another mounting option?
Our SnapMount includes an adhesive dash piece attachment inside the box. You can attach this to any flat surface in your car, such as your dash or windscreen.

Troubleshooting
Why is my SnapMount 3 not staying in position?
Please make sure that all the mounting pieces are tightened to prevent the SnapMount from moving around. Also ensure that the locking nut is tightened to keep the device in place.
Why does it feel like my SnapMount 3 is charging my phone slowly?
The SnapMount offers 15W of charge to all wireless charging enabled devices which is limited to 7.5W due to Apple's wireless charging protocols for iPhone's. This can explain a slower charge compared to regular cable chargubg. In addition, we do recommend using the provided cigarette adapter included in the box to ensure the SnapMount receives the required power output. Plugging it into a standard USB port may not supply sufficient power.

Returns Criteria
Condition
The product should not be excessively worn, damaged, or tampered with beyond normal use. Intentional damage or misuse may disqualify the return.
Time Frame
You have 60 days from the order date to initiate a return under our Love It or Return It guarantee.
Where You Purchased
This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from the official SnapWireless online store or SnapWireless retail locations.
If your item was purchased from a reseller, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase is required. Returns without verification may be declined.
Special Conditions
To keep this program fair for all customers:
Single Item Return
Each customer can return one product per year under the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
This means the same product cannot be returned more than once per customer.
Bulk Orders
Orders of 20 items or more (individual units) are not eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Clearance, Refurbished or Promotional Items

Shipping Costs

International Returns

Replacement Process
Processing Time
We aim to process returns or replacements within 7 business days of receiving the item.
No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returns that meet all criteria under the Snaps 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Items that do not meet the criteria may still be reviewed at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
