FAQ's

How many devices can I charge at the same time?

The PowerBase 4 can charge up to 4 devices simultaneously. You can charge a mobile device on the MagSafe-compatible front, wireless earbuds on the top surface, another device using the retractable USB-C cable, and a fourth device via the rear USB port — where the watch adapter can also be connected.

Which smart watches can the PowerBase 4 charge?

The PowerBase 4 works with most popular smartwatches, but please note the watch charger isn’t built-in and needs to be added separately..
It supports:

  • Apple Watch Series 1–10, SE, Ultra & Ultra 2

  • Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and Active 1 & 2 as well as Watch Ultra

Do I need to buy the wall adapter?

The PowerBase 4 requires 65W minimum power input. If you don’t have one that suits, we recommend using our official adapter to ensure full charging performance. The wall adapter is $20 off when purchased together with the PowerBase 4.

Do I need a SnapMag phone case?

For the best magnetic alignment, we recommend using a SnapMag case. MagSafe-compatible devices without a case will still attach magnetically. However, if your case is not MagSafe-compatible, the magnetic hold will be weaker or not work at all.

Troubleshooting

PowerBase 4 – Not Charging or Powering On

The PowerBase 4 requires a minimum of 65W USB-C power input to operate correctly. If you’re using an adaptor below 65W, the unit may not power on or charge properly.

Tip: If you don’t have a suitable adaptor, we recommend using our official 65W wall adaptor to ensure full charging performance.

Returns Criteria

Condition

The product should not be excessively worn, damaged, or tampered with beyond normal use. Intentional damage or misuse may disqualify the return.

Time Frame

You have 60 days from the order date to initiate a return under our Love It or Return It guarantee.

Where You Purchased

This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from the official SnapWireless online store or SnapWireless retail locations.

If your item was purchased from a reseller, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase is required. Returns without verification may be declined.

Special Conditions

To keep this program fair for all customers:

Single Item Return

Each customer can return one product per year under the 100% Happiness Guarantee.

This means the same product cannot be returned more than once per customer.

Bulk Orders

Orders of 20 items or more (individual units) are not eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.

Clearance, Refurbished or Promotional Items

Items purchased on clearance pricing or marked as refurbished are not eligible for the 100% Happiness Guarantee.


Shipping Costs

Domestic (Australia) Returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless.

  • Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return label for AU$9.50, deducted from your refund.

  • Alternatively, we can supply our return address so you can organise your own shipping.

International Returns

Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping costs.

SnapWireless will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.


Replacement Process

Processing Time

We aim to process returns or replacements within 7 business days of receiving the item.

No Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for returns that meet all criteria under the Snaps 100% Happiness Guarantee.

Items that do not meet the criteria may still be reviewed at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions. Items showing physical damage due to misuse, neglect or modification may be deemed ineligible. If this occurs, our team will contact you with further information.
