Changed your mind? Not compatible? Just not for you? Send it back within 60 days — no drama.


What We Accept

  • Unopened — always eligible
  • Opened or lightly used — eligible as long as packaging, accessories, and documentation are included and the item isn't excessively worn or damaged
  • Heavily damaged or missing components — may be declined, or accepted with a 30% restocking fee at our discretion

The Fine Print

Timeframe — 60 days from your delivery date.

Where you purchased — must be directly from the SnapWireless online store or a SnapWireless retail location. Bought from a reseller? Contact them directly.

Proof of purchase — your order number or receipt is required.


Special Conditions

  • One return per customer per year under the Happiness Guarantee — you can't return the same product more than once
  • Bulk orders of 20+ units are not eligible
  • Clearance or refurbished items are not eligible

Return Shipping

Australia — We can organise a prepaid return label for AU$9.50, deducted from your refund. Or we'll give you our return address and you can arrange your own.

International — Return shipping is on you. We'll cover the cost of sending any replacement.


Getting Your Money Back

Allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method and cover the product cost only — original shipping isn't included.


Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy works alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law — it doesn't replace them.
