When Will It Arrive?

We dispatch most orders on the same business day if placed before 8am AEST. After that, allow 1–2 business days for pick and pack — a little longer during big sales or launches.

Add your chosen shipping timeframe on top of that and you've got your delivery window.

We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

A Few Things to Know

Double-check your address. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, we can't change delivery details. If you spot an error, contact us immediately.

All items ship together. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we'll hold the full order until everything is ready.

Once it's with Australia Post, it's in their hands. We can contact them on your behalf if something goes wrong — just reach out and we'll chase it down.
