FAQ's
How many devices can I charge at the same time?
The PowerBase 4 can charge up to 4 devices simultaneously. You can charge a mobile device on the MagSafe-compatible front, wireless earbuds on the top surface, another device using the retractable USB-C cable, and a fourth device via the rear USB port — where the watch adapter can also be connected.
Which smart watches can the PowerBase 4 charge?
The PowerBase 4 works with most popular smartwatches, but please note the watch charger isn’t built-in and needs to be added separately..

Do I need to buy the wall adapter?
The PowerBase 4 requires 60W minimum power input. If you don’t have one that suits, we recommend using our official adapter to ensure full charging performance. The wall adapter is $20 off when purchased together with the PowerBase 4.
Do I need a SnapMag phone case?
For the best magnetic alignment, we recommend using a SnapMag case. MagSafe-compatible devices without a case will still attach magnetically. However, if your case is not MagSafe-compatible, the magnetic hold will be weaker or not work at all.

Troubleshooting
PowerBase 4 – Not Charging or Powering On
The PowerBase 4 requires a minimum of 60W USB-C power input to operate correctly. If you’re using an adaptor below 60W, the unit may not power on or charge properly.
Tip: If you don’t have a suitable adaptor, we recommend using our official 60W wall adaptor to ensure full charging performance. It’s $20 off when purchased together with the PowerBase 4.

Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from daily use.

At SnapWireless we design and create our range of charging products to be simple to use and multi-functional. However we understand that purchasing online can always come with some difficulties, so we offer a straightforward 60-day returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns Criteria:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.
Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.
Discretionary Returns:
For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
