The PowerPack Slim 2 Pro, on the other hand, offers more power and faster charging. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery, 15W Qi2 wireless charging, and a built-in swivel kickstand, though it’s slightly thicker at 8.5mm.



Do I need a MagSafe case to charge using MagSafe?


If you have an iPhone 12 or newer, your phone already supports MagSafe, so a special case isn’t needed.

If you have an older iPhone or a non-MagSafe device, you’ll need a MagSafe-compatible case to enable wireless charging.

Why isn’t my device charging wirelessly with the PowerPack Slim 2?

Device Compatibility: Ensure your device supports Qi wireless charging. Not all devices are Qi-enabled.

Proper Alignment: Place your device correctly on the charging pad. Misalignment can prevent charging.

Case Interference: Remove any thick, metal, or wallet-style cases, as they can interfere with wireless charging. 

Why does the PowerPack Slim 2 get warm during use?

Normal Operation: It’s typical for the power bank to become slightly warm, especially when charging vie wireless as it is a more inefficient form of charging compared to cable, however does provide more convenience.

Overheating: If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and allow it to cool before resuming use.

Magnetic Attachment Issues

MagSafe Compatibility: The PowerPack Slim 2 is MagSafe compatible. Ensure your device supports MagSafe or use a MagSafe-compatible case for a secure attachment.

Obstructions: Remove any objects or cases between the PowerPack and your device that might weaken the magnetic connection.

Returns Criteria:

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.

Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined. 

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
