Do I need an Apple device to track my tag?
The Trvlr Tag utilises Apple’s Find My technology and is currently exclusive to Apple devices only. All tracking can be done through the Apple Find My app.

How often do I need to recharge my tag?
Unlike other tracking devices the Trvlr Tag does not require single use batteries to power your tag. Instead you simply need to recharge the built-in battery when flat. A fully charged battery will last up to 6 months.

Is the Trvlr Tag airline safe?
Yes, the Trvlr Tag is approved by airlines. You will have no issues checking in your luggage at the airport.

Is the Trvlr Tag Apple certified?
Yes, the Trvlr Tag is certified by Apple and utilises Apple's Find My technology to assist in locating and tracking your luggage.

Troubleshooting

I have an Android device; is the TRVLR tag compatible? 

At the moment the TRVLR tag is only compatible with Apple devices via its Find My App

The TRVLR tag is not connecting to my iPhone. Help!

Sometimes, the TRVLR tag may need a factory reset to connect to your iPhone the first time. Please factory reset the unit and connect to your iPhone.

How do I know that my TRVLR tag is fully recharged? 

The TRVLR tag will indicate green when fully charged via the POGO charger cable.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Subjective assessments of the product, such as speed or strength.

At SnapWireless we design and create our range of charging products to be simple to use and multi-functional. However we understand that purchasing online can always come with some difficulties, so we offer a straightforward 60-day returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.

Returns Criteria:

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.

Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined. 

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.

Discretionary Returns:

  • For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. If an item appears used or cannot be restocked, we will contact you regarding your ineligible refund, exchange, or store credit request.
