What devices can I charge with the PowerBase Go?
The PowerBase Go is designed to charge your Apple devices, with dedicated charging areas for your iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch. The Apple Watch charger can only charge Apple watches, however the iPhone area and AirPods area can also charge other Qi enabled wireless devices, such as Galaxy Earbuds.
Do I need to install my own Apple Watch charging cable?
No! The PowerBase Go has an Apple Watch charger built into it meaning you will not have to install your own charger or cable.
Do I need a quick charge plug?
Yes, in order for the PowerBase Go to charge multiple devices you will need the minimum output required which is a 18W USB adaptor.
Do I need a SnapMag phone case?
To have the best experience in terms of magnetic alignment, we suggest to use a SnapMag case. Devices that are MagSafe compatible without a case will still be able to Snap in magnetically. However if you use a case over your device that is not MagSafe compatible you will not feel the magnetic hold.
Can I charge two iPhones on the PowerBase Go?
There is 1 dedicated phone charging area on the PowerBase Go. Although you can charge another mobile device on the AirPods side, please note that this side is limited to 5W max and therefore will not fast charge.
Can I charge Samsung watches or phones?
To charge your Galaxy devices and Samsung watch, you will need to purchase the PowerBase Go for Samsung here.

Troubleshooting
The Powerbase Go is flashing its LED on the back, what does that mean?
The flashing light indicates that the unit is in Foreign Object Detection (FOD) mode. Please ensure that your devices are compatible with the PowerBase Go to allow proper charging.
Why does the third pad charge my phone slowly?
The third pad is designed specifically for charging smaller devices like wireless charging-enabled earphones, offering a 5W output. While it can technically charge a phone, please note that the charging speed will be significantly slower.

At SnapWireless we design and create our range of charging products to be simple to use and multi-functional. However we understand that purchasing online can always come with some difficulties, so we offer a straightforward 60-day returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns Criteria:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.
Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.
Discretionary Returns:
For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
