How many devices can I charge at once?
The PowerOne Kit has the ability to charge up to 4 devices at the same time. However, the maximum output is 100W, the more devices that are charging at the same time, the less power each individual device will receive, please refer to tech specs.
Can I use this in other countries?
The PowerOne Kit includes 3 additional interchangeable plugs to make sure you can keep your devices charged in almost any country.
Can I charge my laptop?
Yes, the PowerOne Kit includes a dedicated high output 100W USB C cable specially made for charging laptops. The PowerOne Charger also has a maximum output of 100W, allowing you to charge even high power MacBook Pro's.
Can I charge Android or Apple devices?
The PowerOne Kit can charge almost any smart device. It has 3 USB ports for all the latest Apple and Samsung devices, or any USB C device such as cameras and ear pods, t also has a USB A port to support micro USB devices.
Does the PowerOne charger have a built-in battery?
The PowerOne charger does not come equipped with a built-in battery. If you would like portable power included in your kit, we suggest grabbing a PowerPack Mini.

Why is the PowerOne Kit not charging my devices when disconnected from an outlet?
The PowerOne kit does not have a built-in battery pack and must be connected to a power outlet to charge your devices.
Why is there no US adaptor with my unit?
The US adaptor is built into the unit and you'll need to flip them out to use in US style outlets

At SnapWireless we design and create our range of charging products to be simple to use and multi-functional. However we understand that purchasing online can always come with some difficulties, so we offer a straightforward 60-day returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.
Returns Criteria:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.
Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.
Discretionary Returns:
For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
