The PowerPack 2 is compatible with all MagSafe compatible devices and cases. If your device is Qi wireless compatible and not MagSafe compatible you must order a SnapMag case for full compatibility.

It is also compatible with all Apple AirPods models, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

How many times can the PowerPack 2 charge my smartphone?
Depending on the age and battery health of your device, the PowerPack 2 should charge an iPhone 15 from 0-100% twice. It will charge a Samsung S23 fully in 1.5 hours and an iPhone 15 in 2.5-3 hours.

Is the PowerPack 2 compatible with both Apple and Android devices?
The PowerPack 2 comes equipped with a built-in USB-C cable & lightning cable. Making the PowerPack 2 compatible with both Apple and Android devices.

Is the PowerPack 2 suitable for air travel?
The PowerPack 2 is rated for 37Wh, which is under the 100Wh accepted by the majority of airlines. Check with your airline to confirm the maximum limits.

How does the MagSafe-compatible feature work?
The PowerPack 2 features a MagSafe charging area on the front of the charger. All you have to do is snap on your MagSafe compatible device to begin wirelessly charging. If you do not have a MagSafe compatible device you will need to purchase one of our SnapMag cases.

Troubleshooting

My PowerPack 2 feels like its overheating!

It’s normal for the PowerPack 2 to become slightly warm during charging, particularly when multiple devices are connected. However, if the unit becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices immediately and allow the PowerPack to cool down before using it again.

Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.

Returns Criteria:

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.

Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined. 

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.

Discretionary Returns:

  • For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
