How many devices can I charge at once?
The PowerPack Nano can charge only one device at once. While it may not be suitable for charging multiple devices simultaneously, its focus on charging one device at a time ensures that it delivers optimal charging performance and provides you with an extra boost of charge when you need it most. 



How much charge can the PowerPack Nano give my phone?
The PowerPack Nano is the perfect backup charger when on the go. It has the ability to provide up to 50% battery to your smartphone, ensuring that you are never caught with a dead battery.

How long does it take to charge the PowerPack Nano?
The PowerPack Nano requires approximately 1.2 hours to recharge. The included USB C-A cable can be used to recharge the PowerPack Nano.

The unit is equipped with safety protocols to prevent overheating. It’s normal for the PowerPack Nano to feel warm while it’s providing maximum charge to recharge your device. If it becomes excessively hot, stop using it and allow it to cool down before resuming.

Returns Criteria:

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.

Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined. 

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.

Discretionary Returns:

• For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
