Compatibility
The PowerPack Universal Pro is capable of charging almost any smartphone that takes USB-C or lightning as a charging method, along with any Qi wireless enabled devices.


The PowerPack Universal Pro has a maximum output of 65W and therefore holds enough power to charge larger devices like iPads and specific laptops.

How many devices can I charge at once?

The PowerPack Universal Pro is capable of charging up to 4 devices at once. The PowerPack Universal Pro has a maximum output of 65W, the 4 devices combined must require less than this to charge. 



Can the PowerPack Universal pro charge my laptop?

Yes, the PowerPack Universal Pro is equipped with enough power to charge most laptops. If you own a laptop that requires more than 65W to charge you will need something more powerful.



Can I charge my laptop on the go?

One of the biggest benefits of the PowerPack Universal Pro is the ability to charge your laptop on the go. No longer be restricted by cables and wall plugs to charge your devices.

Can I use this in other countries?

The PowerPack universal comes equipped with multiple interchangeable travel adaptors, ensuring you can charge your devices anywhere around the world. Included are interchangeable AU, EU, UK and Asia adaptors and a built-in US adaptor.

Troubleshooting

The PowerPack Universal Pro is charging devices slowly

The unit provides a total of 65W of charging power. When charging multiple devices simultaneously, this power is divided among them. For instance, if you are charging two devices at the same time, each device may receive approximately 30W of power.

Additionally, please note that when a smartphone reaches 80% battery, the charging speed will slow down to help preserve the battery’s health.

The wireless charging feature isn't working

Please make sure that the unit is powered on before placing a wireless charging enabled device on the wireless charger. If the wireless charging is still not working, please follow the steps below:

1. Check Qi Compatibility: Ensure that your device is Qi-compatible to support wireless charging.

2. Proper Placement: Confirm that your device is correctly aligned on the wireless charging pad for optimal charging.

3. Remove Interfering Cases: Remove any thick, heavy, wallet, or metallic cases from your device, as they can interfere with the wireless charging process.

The PowerPack Universal Pro gets warm during use

It’s normal for the PowerPack Universal Pro to become slightly warm during use, particularly when charging multiple devices at the same time. However, if the unit becomes excessively hot, immediately disconnect all devices and allow the PowerPack to cool down before using it again.

Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.

Returns Criteria:

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.

Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined. 

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.

Discretionary Returns:

  • For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
