Compatibility
The PowerPack Universal is capable of charging almost any mobile device that takes USB-C or lightning as a charging method, along with any Qi wireless enabled device. Please note the maximum output is 22.5W and therefore it will not be enough power for laptops.

USB-C/PD Compatibility
The PowerPack Universal can charge fast charge all compatible USB-C PD devices at 20W max. Simply plug in a USB C-C or USB C-A cable and plug into your smart device and charging will begin.

Qi Wireless Compatibility
The PowerPack Universal can charge any Qi wireless device. This includes any iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later and other Qi enabled devices.

It is also compatible with AirPods 2 (wireless charging case) and AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

How many charges can I get from the PowerPack Universal?
The PowerPack Universal has a battery capacity of 10,000mAh. It can charge an iPhone 13 up to 2.1 charges, Galaxy S22 up to 2.0 charges, Google Pixel 6 up to 1.7 charges and iPad mini 6th Gen 1.3 charges.

How many devices can I charge at once?
The PowerPack Universal has the ability to charge up to 5 devices at the one time when plugged into the power outlet. However, the maximum output is 22.5W, the more devices that are charging at the same time, the less power each individual device will receive.

Can I take the PowerPack Universal on the plane?
Yes, the PowerPack Universal is totally safe for carry-on bags and does not exceed the limit allowed.

Can I use this in other countries?
Travel the globe without a worry with the PowerPack Universal. We’ve included 3 additional interchangeable plugs to make sure you can keep your devices charged in almost any country. The PowerPack supports power points in North America, Japan, China, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia & Hong Kong.

Can I charge a laptop with the PowerPack Universal?
The PowerPack Universal has a maximum output of 22.5W and is not suitable for charging laptops.

My Device didn't come with a US adaptor!
The PowerPack Universal comes with a US adaptor built into the unit. You'll need to flip out the prongs to use the US style prongs in compatible outlets

The PowerPack Universal is charging devices slowly

The unit provides a total of 20W of charging power. When multiple devices are connected, this power is divided among them. For example, if you are charging two devices simultaneously, each device will receive up to 10W of power.

The wireless charging feature isn't working

There are a few reasons why this is the case. We recommend following the troubleshooting steps below

1. Check Qi Compatibility: Ensure that your device is Qi-compatible to support wireless charging.

2. Proper Placement: Confirm that your device is correctly aligned on the wireless charging pad for optimal charging.

3. Remove Interfering Cases: Remove any thick, heavy, wallet, or metallic cases from your device, as they can interfere with the wireless charging process.

The PowerPack Universal gets warm during use

It’s normal for the PowerPack Universal to become slightly warm during use, particularly when charging multiple devices at the same time. However, if the unit becomes excessively hot, immediately disconnect all devices and allow the PowerPack to cool down before using it again.

Returns Criteria:

Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorised retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined. 

Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers in Australia if requested at a flat rate of AU$9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.

Discretionary Returns:

• For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
